Reviewing the companies outside work we thought they had the pride and expertise to handle our bathroom remodel. Wow was we wrong. They quoted us $3600.00 to complete a remodel that was about 90% complete. We was happy with that quote but not completely set on it. I come home from work and they already started to complete the job. No signed contract or agreement. It was already late in the day and was to late to stop them. We figured it would be ok after seeing there outdoor work. What a mistake. The tile was in a very obvious offset pattern and they completed the last row in a grid pattern. Hung the wall cabinet to low and cut the crown trim completely wrong. We was very adamant about being able to work with epoxy grout. Then assured us they had 20 yrs experience and could handle it. When checking on them they was applying it with there fingers. Got it everywhere. They agreed to fix there mistakes and ended up making a bigger mess breaking the sink and a light shade and ruining the counter tops and ledges. We still don't have everything cleaned and repaired and they now send a bill for 5998.
Description of Work: We ask them to complete a 90% completed bathroom remodel after I turned sick and a friend could no longer do the work.
