The Closet Factory of Nashville specializes in building custom closets and furniture designed around how our customers live their lives. Beyond closets, we build furniture for practically every room of the house. This includes custom garages, home offices, wall, beds, entertainment, centers, pantries, mudroom, and laundry rooms. We are a family own company that has been serving the greater Nashville and Bowling Green communities since 2000. Despite some issues with measurements prolonging the project, every single person at this company was responsive, accommodating, and very kind. Mattie did an amazing job designing the closet space to fit my asks, and she took her time while I picked out finishes. Paul, one of the owners, himself came out to do final measurements and was extremely nice. Hannah was always upbeat and kind when responding to my texts and keeping me in the loop (Paul also sometimes responded to the messages too) as far as scheduling. Lastly, Jonathan and the others who installed did a great job; they kept me in communication if there was an issue, and made sure I was happy with the end product. Would absolutely use this company again for other projects in my home.
