BC HVAC Service

Prompt, got the job done quickly. Very helpful office staff. Previously we had AC repair work done by BC and there was a small communication problem that affected a home warranty issue. The owner eventually provided a partial refund for the service call, which we thought was fair and prompted us to use them again for this duct work.

They went all the way. They were so incredible, they really restored my faith. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost. Later he encountered a tone of problems that he had not foreseen. He would not go up on the price because he had already committed to it, which is really unusual these days. They put in another whole 3 days to work on it. The owner came out to give me the estimate first, it was $10000. He had to remove a bunch of moldy ductwork and drywall and a few beams in order to get there because it is in the basement. Then install the new heating and cooling and air ducts. The estimate was for $10000 but he had not seen that there were so many ducts branching out from the main one. He did everything. He had a crew of 3 people. Four people were out here working from 8 to 7 every day for 4 days. They didn't change me anymore than what they initially said it would be. It included a brand new unit with like a 20 year warranty. It was amazing. I would recommend them to anybody. They are the best company I have ever worked with.

They were very helpful and informed me of the heat pump.  I was not aware of some of the features that would save some electricity.  It was very helpful.

I previously had my HVAC system replaced a few years ago but was having issues with heating/cooling in a particular area. The company that replaced the system recommended a few minor things and made one repair to duct work but it didn't solve the problem at all. I requested quotes from 3 other companies to come out and take a look at situation. One did not show up (chose from yellow pages), one tried to upsell me on items i didn't need and a split system i didn't want (from tv ad) and the third was BC HVAC which was a recommendation from a friend. They came in and immediately pointed out the main problem (duct work needed to be replaced) and they didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. In fact, they actually recommended against something expensive the other company suggested. It was obvious I was dealing with someone who knew the work to be done and wasn't a salesman. They were great at answering all my questions and I was quickly able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule.
I was very pleased with the courteous attitude and work of the guys on the job. It was a two day job and they fabricated on site. They actually discovered a problem a previous contractor had made (remodeling) and corrected. When they were done, they thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. The end result has been great and solved the problem.
