They were just about average, and nothing really stood out. Overall, they rate a B. Their prices were average.

After looking online and at Sprintz, we realized that picking were slim in the <$1400 all-wood queen-sized bed category. Sprintz had beautiful stuff, but everything we liked was well outside of our price range. We had wanted to buy a bed manufactured by Cresent in order to support a local company. BF Myers was the only place in Middle Tennessee that carried Cresent's stuff. BF Myers was a pretty decent drive up from Franklin, but we found what we were looking for. The bed is manufactured by Kincaid and while they didn't have the bed on the floor, we made the decision based on the dressers we saw from the same line. We worked with Ken who was a very good, old-school salesman. He tried to upsell us on some additional pieces, but when we said we were just getting the bed, he was totally cool and worked the transaction quickly. Delivery happened about three weeks later. We had free delivery and set-up when we purchased the bed, but were unable to use the set-up services as both my wife and I were unable to be at home when the delivery arrived. The driver, however, was very easy-going and after we talked for a while, he was willing to leave the bed in our garage. We'll buy from BF Myers again.
