They installed a new roof for me and now it is leaking. After inspecting it, it appears that they put shingles over a hole instead of having the builder fix the hole first. I have repeatedly tried to contact them and I can not get anyone to call me back.

We had never used them before. They were extremely friendly, the communication was not always the greatest, I didn't get a response by email. They were trustworthy, and their price for the normal shingles roof was $9000, and then their price for the metal roof was much better than the other companies that we called. The only problem was that the front gutter came down a little bit, and he said he would come back and fixed it. I haven't heard from him. They did a great job and were great to work with. Sometimes he said he would come, and he didn't.

I would rate them highly and will use them again in the future if needed.

They did an excellent job. It was covered by my insurance. My insurance paid them. They were very nice and they had a very nice crew. Their professionalism was very good. I would definitely recommend them.

I used this company to put a new roof on my house. They do a good enough job, and the experience was good. They showed up on time, and did good quality work. They were very professional and the contractors were quick and efficient. A good experience!

Wind damage on roof. Bob inspected roof and found that this was the only damage I had and that roof was in good condition.

Work was done a few days after the estimate. It went very smoothly and quickly.

The estimate came 2 days after we called. The shingles and vents were installed a few days later on the first day when the roof was dry enough to walk on.

It was good. They were easy and pleasant to work with. I was satisfied. We have had no problems since. It was very fairly priced. He worked with us with the price. It was good.

They did a great job from beginning to end. Tommy was very responsive and oversaw the project. They put the new roof on in one day.

In summary, it went great in all respects. Tommy Thornton of A and R did everything he said he would do and more. The price was reasonable and was acceptable to the insurance company without negotiation. The project was started on time, finished in a timely manner, and was done very well. The final price was as agreed although some extra effort and supplies were required. Clean-up was done well. Nothing was damaged below the roof. Proof of insurance was supplied before work began and an affidavit that all materials and subs had been paid was given before collection. A and R is a certified roofer for the material supplier which provides extra benefits to the customer. This is a superb contractor!

These guys were very good and did an excellent, quality job on my roof. They were very good about meeting the expectations that I had about the quality that the work should be. They were on time to start and on time to finish the work. My landscaping was not harmed in the process either.

Very good. Bob was responsive, brought samples, helped us determine the right color shingle to use. Worked with our insurance company to be sure we received maximum insurance reimbursement.
