+ -1 moreMr. Milan was very professional in letting us know that the work required for our toilet leak was going to be out of scope of his efforts. He did take the toilet off, install a new cutoff valve, and give recommendations for the next step since it would likely involve a homeowner's insurance claim. Cost was a standard deductible since this was through our home warranty service.
