Terrible experience. The gutter system leaks and does not work properly. It is suppose to be totally enclosed to prevent water overflow off the roof as well as prevent any animals such as squirrels from gaining access into the home via the gutter system. Beyond the overflow problem that has washed out approximately 6-8" of soil along with all the mulch in areas within our flower beds we had to have squirrels removed from the gutter system all due to improper installation. The manufacture of the "Leaf Free" gutter protection system said it appears to be one of the worse installation jobs they have ever seen.

This company always said "we will make it right" yet once the check was paid in full, their communication and actions to correct the problem have been both unprofessional and misleading.

While more expensive than we thought, the entire experience was excellent. Everything was accomplished as discussed and on time. Supervision was excellent, and we spoke with the manager on just about a daily basis. I would highly recommend this company and we will use them for our next project.

I liked their competitive prices. They gave me an upgrade on some windows they got in, that had a special price, with no extra charge to me. They did an efficient job.

The subcontractors were not reliable or professional. They were not punctual, and at times did not show at all on days they were supposed to come. Their work was very poor. When we complained, the response from the owner was defensive. The work was never done to my satisfaction, and I finally gave up that it ever would be.

In the plus category: The contractor was very professional, capable, friendly, and was willing to follow up and correct small issues to make sure I was happy with the job. The job was done quickly once it was started, the roof was beautiful when they finished. Based on other estimates I received, the price appears to have been very fair. In the minus category: Not many - one issue was they did not begin the job until several weeks after the initial date that was agreed to. The workers left some garbage around in the yard for me to pick up(empty soda cans, etc.)but this was minor.

I think this company did an outstanding job. The paint they used looked very nice and the trim that was put up made it look even better. I liked the workers, and I never had a problem with them. I would definitely hire them in the future if I needed them.
