The electricians arrived promptly, on time, and quickly located a nearby electrical outlet from which to run an additional electrical cable.  The run was approximately 25', and all was accomplished in about an hour.  They did excellent work!

Trace had said that they would arrive between 9:00 and 9:30. They arrived exactly at 9:00, with ladders in hand, ready to start work. I handed them the new porch fixtures and they quickly went to work, taking down the existing fixtures. They were tidy as they worked, keeping track of all materials. They even took the trash to the trash cart at the curb (today was trash pick up day) as they worked to try to get it in the cart before the trash was picked up! They asked if I wanted to put new bulbs in or use the old bulbs. They tested the lights before moving on. Trace finished with his light first and went on to start the bedroom light work. As Trace took the fan down, the other gentleman came in and helped. They showed me the problem with the fan. They installed the new light fixture, put new bulbs in, and showed me that it worked. He showed me the easiest way to replace bulbs when needed. Again, they picked up all materials, including the old fan and the packing from the new light. They carried those items to the trash cart, also. While they were finishing up I asked Trace if he worked on garage door openers because I had lost mine. I told him that I didn't know if I should consider replacing the garage door opener because it was probably getting old or just get another remote opener. They had completed the planned work (the door lights and the bedroom light) in about 40 minutes. As they were packing up their ladders, I went into the house to get my checkbook. My garage door was open. When I came out Trace was on a ladder in my garage checking my garage-door opener motor. He assured me that the motor was in good shape and that I could get a new opener at a well-known store close by. They were still within the hour - very courteous and helpful. The price was still the regular hourly rate. I would heartily recommend this electrician. And be ready to answer the door because he will be on time.
