I would recommend them. I call them at 5 o'clock and they are getting ready to close. Sometimes they may run behind but they get us in and out of it. They have a lot of patients. When I come upfront, I get checked in and they usually try to help you. They are good at communication. I think the treatment was very effective. We haven't had any problem until last month where I had to go to the Urgent Clinic. They did everything I thought they could do to find out what was wrong with her. I really wasn't impressed with him. I can't necessarily say anything negative about him, he wasn't anything spectacular. I wouldn't go back to him.

He knows what he's doing. I have a pacemaker and he was the one who figured out I needed it, years ago. I just recently got my third pacemaker.

They did a good job. I have been using them since 2005. They are excellent. The staff has been courteous, really efficient and I haven’t had any problems with them. My doctor there, Dr. Holloway is a great doctor. Everything he has done has been great.

I've been using them for multiple years. Family members recommended them to me. They're caring and thorough. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

He is very good. I had something very seriously wrong with me and he took care of it. He is just very concerned. He called me from his home and talked to me about things and so on.

He is big in research. As a matter of fact, they have articles about him in magazines all the time. Up to date, he is the number 1 and you won't find any better than him. I like him because he keeps me alive, for one thing. I had congestive heart failure and he has done very well keeping me in good health. Our progress is a serious type thing and he has done really good. He keeps me in good shape. He is in top research. He is up on everything new that is coming in. If there is anything that is new and if they can have someone here, he knows about it because he is involved in it. The Stern Group in Memphis is now the best cardiologist group around. They have 15 different cardiologists. They have been around for 40 years or so. I have used him for 10 years now every 6 months. There is someone there at the Stern Group to check into if somebody has a heart problem.

He has very very good bedside manner. He discuss issues and things. He is very responsive and willing to listen and he doesn't say this is what you got to do if you have injections he is willing to listen and compromise. He is very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and cutting edge on things. He is a cardologist and he is constantly researching and very well informed. I have been getting tired of hospital being late for appointments, but it is kind of wait last couple of times. He was very good, very apologetic after that. He called me personally and apologized. I would definitely use him again.

They are competent and they have everything right there in their building. All the tests and lab work are done there. It's easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Salazar is my doctor and he's very thorough with everything.

It's an excellent group and he is an excellent cardiologist. I don't like to wait, but I understand that that happens. The care that I get from him is excellent. I feel that they should improve on the wait time. He belongs to a group and the group basically does a lot of research in that area. That group is very efficient. I don't know what his availability would be for new patients. His office and the personnel is excellent. He has a lot of patients. The staff that I've come in contact with is cordial. He's not going to come in and talk 5 min and talk over your head and leave. He explains things and makes sure that everything is okay. I don't get a lot of bills from him. I'm more Medicare and pretty much always taken care of. If it doesn't cover all of that, then I get a bill. It's usually accurate and I pay it. I would use him and recommend him to anybody else that needed. I don't know if he could take them but I would recommend him.

Dr Kraus has been treating me for over 15 years and has provided excellent health care throughout.

All my post by pass surgery treatments since '09. Love my doctor. Have to change in November due to insurance issues. Am very distraught about have to find another doctor.

I had an ultrasound done about one month before this appointment and I returned to have him check me as well as give me the results of the ultrasound.  I have been going to Dr. Kraus since the mid-90's and have been pleased with him.  He has preformed two heart caths on me over the last 15 years.  Again I trust him and enjoy his follow up and explaining evaluations with me as a patient.

Excellent.  I brought bloodwork and she decided to put me on Cholesterol Medicine - performed stress test and very helpful with results.  Will be my full-time cardiologist now.
