Sprinkler Systems

I called office and a crew was sent out the next day.  I asked them to do a service check of the sprinkler system in back because we had a huge pool of water in the back from a broken valve.  Water was gushing out of this valve.  I asked them to check the front also while they were there.  My husband then called back and told them "If there are any major repairs needed, please call us before any work is done".  The next day we got an invoice of 550.00 for the front only.  In my view, 550.00 is "major", but I guess to "Sprinkler Systems LLC", its not.  
Meanwhile the water in the back was left gushing out.  They told us they would have to send a multiple man crew with excavator to fix the problem in the back.  They never shut off the water or told us how to do this to prevent the continual flooding in the back.  My husband, who has no irrigation or landscape experience, was able to easily find the leak by just digging with a shovel on his hands and knees and was able to shut off the water...no excavators needed.  So, 550.00 later, we have standing water in our backyard, which we will now call someone else to fix, but our front yard is "fixed".  
I know have to pay someone else to fix the problems in or backyard.

Our system is watering evenly now and he did a good job.

We have been using them for eight or nine years. They are reliable and they keep up to date. They remind us of when we need the sprinkler checked out. They will come if we have a problem, but haven't had any problems yet.

The sprinkler heads they moved was not originally scheduled work. They did this to water our lawn more efficiently. We were very pleased with them.
