He did a great job.

We bought the equipment and materials, so he charged for his labor. His work was excellent. I thought his price was a little high. The work took a little longer than normal. I think his pricing was the only thing. He cleaned up after himself. I think his craftsmanship was very good. His neatness was excellent. I liked his knowledge of how to repair. I had someone look at the things that he did and they were not as knowledgeable on how to fix them as he was. He did really good work. He was very thorough than most people. He is very likable and personable. He responds well. He did excellent work. I think he is really good, I just can't afford him.

Roger is a true professional. I had used him previously to help with electrical work and asked him to help me again with the current project. He does excellent work and you can count on him for quality. He is definitely someone you can trust to do the job. I am a busy physician and Roger has helped me immensely over the last few weeks. It's hard to find good contractors that you can trust, but I definitely trust Roger, and you can as well!!

He replaced existing screws with longer, heavier screws.  Door works fine now..

No problems encountered.   Disconnected gas stove and moved aside.  Moved the other stove from the garage to the kitchen and installed. 

Several "fix-it" people declined to tackle the window job for fear of breaking the window but Mr. Keune readily accepted the job and fixed it very well. He was punctual and very up front with anticipated costs, none of which went over the expected costs. He offered several solutions based on various costs of materials. For the gate, he devised a way to keep it off the ground permanently. The first fix was not to our liking and he readily changed his approach (no grumbles, he just did it!). The walkway was a larger job and he did a great job of fixing the loose planks and adding supports to prevent it from buckling. He painted the finished walkway to match the rest of the walkway. All the jobs were done in a timely manner; he didn't leave us hanging while doing other jobs.

The work was performed well. Price was reasonable. Stated he guarantees his work. Would use again for general handyman type work.

He was prompt, very detail oriented, and our downstairs is much warmer! We will gladly use Roger again.

He suggested that we use a non-rotting material which was more expensive but his price still came in under the other estimate.  I'm glad he suggested this material and am surprised that the other handy man did not.  This is partly why we chose Roger rather than another handy man.  He was punctual and stayed with the job until it was done.  He had us buy the materials separately by reimbursing him the cost by providing us with a receipt.  He said that by doing this he would not have to mark up the price of the materials to cover himself for any overages.  I was okay with this and the total cost still came in less than the other estimate that I had received even though we used the better material.

He was good. Everything he has done for us has been great. He is punctual. He gets right over here and fixes everything we need. He has done two different jobs for us and they have both been great. The price was fine.

I called him on a Wednesday and he was at my house within about an hour.  He had to leave at one point to go get the proper dimmers for me as we had purchased the wrong kind.  My husband had tried to change out one of the light switches himself and ran into trouble so Roger had to redo what he had done but was terrific.
I would definitely call him again on any number of issues as I think he would be very competent to handle a wide range of home improvement items.  Very nice gentleman, call him if you need home repairs.

I called Roger on 5/28 and he set up at time for 5/29. He arrived on time, checked out the area and began working right away! Roger did a great job and had my new lights working perfectly right away! I will call him in the future for other jobs!

This issue showed up on an inspection report issued on a house we were selling.  I contacted a couple of other providers, but didn't get an immediate response.  Roger was able to come out within a couple of days, although he was busy.  He fixed the problem and did a great job.  Without his quick response, the closing might have been delayed.  Great job!

He friendly and helpful and even went to get a dolly when ours proved not up to the job.

Roger showed up at our house promptly and fixed our issues in a timely manner. Fixed another issue that we had not even discussed without having to come out another time. He was courteous and professional.

Roger did a lot of work for me this fall. Painting and repairs to the exterior, installation of hot water heaters and more. He does a good job & guarentees his work. He also provided advice that saved me money. I will use him in the future and highly recommend him
