The crew has expanded. The staff is uniformly excellent and very courteous. The owner is very polite and very knowledgeable. He is good at what he does. He is nice to do business with. I recommended them to multiple neighbors and every one of them has been very happy with them. I can call him for anything.

also use this service for our town's required backflow report annually. Since Raintek took over, I have never received a second request from the city--not the case with the previous company. Raintek handles all services--estimates, work, invoices and reports promptly and efficiently. Customer service is excellent--once Raintek has installed or serviced your irrigation system, you are able to contact the proprietor, Richard Ralph, with questions or concerns, and will always recieve a prompt , courteous and professional response.
