Paint job was started promptly, and completed in approximately the planned timeframe. I was pleased with the job upon completion.
Randy used 20-year Sherwin Williams Super Paint for the job. However, last spring, 3 years after the completion of the paint work, the windows began to mildew on all areas that had been re-glazed. In early September, 2013, I called Randy to discuss, and sent him photos of the mildewed window trim. He said that he would contact a Sherwin Williams rep to get a resolution. After nearly 2 months, and numerous attempts to contact Randy since then, he has not returned my calls. I contacted Sherwin Williams, and a regional representative visited my house to see the problem windows. He stated that the painted areas of the windows appeared mildew-free, but that insufficient paint or no paint on several areas coincided with the mildew presence. In short, an inadequate paint application.
Randy has never returned my calls. I'm very disappointed in his lack of follow-up.
