I used Old Colonial to close on the purchase of my house in East Memphis after a real estate agent had told me about them. Everything went very smooth and we knew exactly what the final prices and numbers would be before we got to the closing table. I was also very happy with their closing and attorneys' fees which were only $199 total. They do what they call an "all-inclusive" closing for this price and it includes everything for that fee except my title insurance. Overall I would rate them an A+ and would highly recommend others use them if they are buying a house and need a good real estate attorney.
