I offer a staging system to my listing clients, I work seven days a week trying to coordinate with your schedule if at all possible. I am a full time top producing agent that finishes in the top 10% of the mid south area every year. I don't just put a sign in the yard and hope it sells, where I bring in a stager for two hours to make your home show and photograph better than it would otherwise.
