They was on-time, very nice and played with the dogs. They seem like a good people that know what they are doing. Wayne, Jr. seemed to do most of the talking and made me very comfortable. Both were very cordial. I did not have an estimate beforehand.

Arrived on time, very friendly, was comfortable having him in my home. Shame on me for not getting an estimate ahead of time. Service call was for oven, dishwasher went out night before service call and he accommodated my request to check the dishwasher even though it put a kink in his schedule. I appreciated that. He was here from 930 - after 330. However, when he left there was no resolution to the problem with the oven - he was to call with the cost of ordering a part that he thought was causing the problem. I never heard from him again. The 'repair' to the dishwasher resulted in a slow leak which is now ruining my hardwood floor. In fairness to him, I did not track him down to give him an opportunity to come back out for a second try, but after $240 for the first visit (which we had to bargain for - he wanted $60 an hour) I felt taken advantage of and was unwilling to have him back. From our conversation, he has a successful business with long term customers, so perhaps this was a fluke - anyone can have a bad day. But I feel like I paid $240 for a day of pleasant conversation instead of appliance repair. I am now searching for a 2nd company to repair both appliances I originally contracted with Maytag to repair.

I really like that it's a family owned company and they send out the same person to do our repairs. Wayne is the guy that comes out and he is always friendly and polite. He is a very efficient worker and gets things done the way they should be.

What I like best about them is their dependability. Whenever there is a problem they send someone out quickly. The man that came was very professional and did a good job of getting everything done fast and correctly.

I called Maytag Home Appliance Repair Center and they told me that it was a recall defect in the making of that particular model of washing machine. I decided to get it fixed of course since it was a manufactured defect so I made an appointment for them to come out and fix it. When the gentleman arrived, on time I might add, he was able to find out that was the problem and he already had the new part just in case. He had it changed and my washer was ready for a load of clothes in no time at all. He was a great person to represent Maytag s Home Repair Center. Although, I was not happy when he handed me the bill. I thought that since it was a manufacture defect, then it would have been covered under some kind of warranty. Instead, it cost me just shy of two hundred dollars to fix. I was very pleased with the business that came out and fixed the washer, but Maytag and I are going to have to hash it out over the bill.

Our refrigerator has worked perfectly since Maytag Home Appliance fixed it. They were able to show up the same day that I called them and they had the refrigerator fixed in less than an hour. Maytag Home Appliance even guaranteed their work for thirty days.

He came right out after my call. He had the part on hand, so there was no waiting at all. The repairman was polite and it only took him about a half an hour to get it fixed. He was very respectful of my home and didn't drag mug in. I was very pleased with him.

They came out at the scheduled time and they were careful not to scratch the dishwasher. They replaced the computer chip in no time and it works great now. They were very respectful and they had the parts on hand so it was convenient.

They came and fixed it right away after I called them. It only took a few hours. They had all the parts that needed replacement with them, such as rings, bearings, and belt. They did an excellent job.

They came out when they were scheduled to, but I had to call them back out to re-do their job because the timer still didn t work when they were finished the first time they were out. My washing machine was still under warranty with them so I would hire them again.

They came out shortly after we called them. The guy was very respectful and he explained what he was going to do. It only took him about an hour to replace the seal and I haven't had any problems with it since. He cleaned up when he was done. My washing machine was under warranty.
