We've been using them for 2 years. They're quick and thorough. They're very good and very customer-oriented. They're easy to deal with. They come in with a team of people. They clean and they're done.

It was amazing- Miriam uses steam to clean. And so everything gets disinfected. She cleaned everything, under the couch, fridge ect. She touches every surface. Unbelievable.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the initial clean at both locations, and the polite, professional efficiency of the team during the followup weekly visits. We had a team of three or four ladies come in who quickly got to work, each in a different area, and do a very comprehensive clean. Particularly at my office, I wanted a team that would come in, work quickly and thoroughly, causing minimum disruption, and leave a fresh, clean environment with minimum fuss, and that's exactly what Magic Broom delivers. The service at my home is equally good - they pay attention to detail, and leave kitchens, baths, beds and living areas all looking first rate.

They do a fantastic job from floor to ceiling. The price is a little bit more than what I was paying individuals to clean the house but they do stuff that nobody else does and there's just nothing to complain about.

The good: * The cleaning was done reasonably well most of the time. We weren't always 100% happy with the work done, but rarely had a serious issue. * Cleaning crews were generally polite and friendly. * Reliable - with one exception when they seemed to be overbooked (and it may not have been our regular day), the crew always showed up on the day and roughly at the time expected. The bad: * The quality of cleaning was uneven. At times it was thorough and excellent. Other times obvious areas were missed like dirty surfaces not getting wiped off. A few times, hardwood floors looked worse after cleaning than before. Once or twice, vinyl flooring in the laundry room was inexplicably really sticky after cleaning when it hadn't been before. Usually the cleaning ranged from good to adequate. It was worse when we were last on the schedule or it was a holiday and the crew seemed overworked and tired. * Only one member of our regular cleaning crew spoke English well enough that we felt we could really communicate. So, it was difficult to ask the rest of the crew to do or not to do something.

We were very disappointed in our cleaning. While the person I booked the cleaning with was very nice and I explained we needed a move in clean to include cleaning the refrigerator, the ladies who showed up to clean the house asked my husband what they were supposed to do. While they wiped down some surfaces and cleaned the bathrooms, I am unsure what else was done. They didn't wipe out any drawers or cabinets or window sills or the refrigerator which was one of the main things I wanted done. Keep in mind there was no furniture in the house.

The Magic Broom cleaning crew of four arrived exactly on schedule and quickly and efficiently performed general cleaning of our 2- story home. Dusted all furniture, hardwood, and woodwork,vacuumed all carpet in bedrooms and rec room, and cleaned everything beautifully - bathrooms, kitchen - including all appliaces, hardwood floors (accommodated my request to use vinegar and water rather than the normal Murphy's Oil and made them gorgeous again). I will definitely use Magic Broom again and recommend them without reservation. (They had performed a disaffecting cleaning of our downstairs almost two years ago before my husband came home after major surgery, and they did an excellent job then, too.)
