Description of Work: She made the worst custom drapes anyone could imagine. They are puckered, wrinkled (and steam won't get it out), used the WRONG TRIM in the dining room, OMITTED TRIM in the entry hall, and CHARGED MORE THAN 50% MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM BUDGET SHE WAS GIVEN FOR 4 WINDOWS, AND 7 VALENCES!! She has repeatedly refused to correct the situation. She was given a budget of $5,000.00 MAXIMUM for everything--drapes, valences, rods and hanging. Her bill ws over $7,400.00 (which I did not see until the drapes were finished AFTER FOUR MONTHS!! PLUS, I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER ABOUT $350 TO HAVE THE MESS HUNG! Poop would look better. Lisa is having personal problems, and is NOT LISTENING to her clients. We met with her twice, and both times told her a MAX OF $5,000 for the four, extra tall windows. You need to realize that I had purchased from a different decorator in the past who charged me only $600 per window, for this size window--so the $5,000 was a VERY GENEROUS BUDGET. I will never do business with this woman again. She repeatedly promised a written contract, but never provided one. She quoted me one price to do the laundry room valance, charged more and did NOT follow my very exact instructions--the valance is a good 5 inches too short!!
