HORRIBLE and even worse than horrible.
She refuses to fix anything or do anything about this mess.  It may come to the point that I have to sue her for the mess.  The drapes are worse than ugly.  You can see puckers at every stitch on the fabric.  It wasn't cheap fabric, either!!!
NEVER AGAIN--BEWARE THIS WOMAN!!!  IT IS HER WAY OR, HER WAY.  I AM EMBARRASSED FOR PEOPLE TO SEE THE MESS SHE LEFT ME WITH!!
AND, SHE FORGOT THE TIEBACKS!
