JOHNSON'S ELECTRIC CO INC

The company we chose had very clean and descent employees working for them. The guy who did the actual work was very friendly. He did the work very fast. He was here when he was supposed to be and he had the entire job done very fast. We do feel that the price we were charged was very fair. We would use them again in the future. The friendly people working there made it as pleasurable as it could be.

I had quiet a few problems with this company. One thing that really made me upset was that I had to specifically label all of the fixtures that had to go up because he worked very odd hours. He knew that everything had to go into the places that I instructed. When the work was finished I found out that after I paid him he put the fixtures in the wrong places. He then wanted to charge me again to move them in the correct places. I thought that was very unprofessional.

I was very pleased with all of the work that Johnsons did for us. My family and I actually built our home and so it is very special to us all. The home is actually now thirty years old but there are still odds and ends that we like to add to it. We were more than comfortable having Johnsons employees in our home as they represent the company very well. I also know that we were charged a very reasonable rate for the services rendered as I had received estimates from other companies as well.

The employee of Johnson's verbally assaulted my wife when she discovered he had cheated on the bill. He gave an estimate of $850 and then charged almost $500 extra. Aside from his belligerence, he did a good job.
