About us
We are a small family business,which allows us to have hands on approach with our customers. We charge $100.00 per hr. for service and repair work. We charge a travel fee to each job ( 15 minute min. to 30 minute max. ) = $25.00-50.00 incl. in 1st hour. We do have a list of subcontactors we have used for 20-plus years on remodeling projects. We offer a 1-year warranty ( PARTS AND LABOR ) on water heaters,faucets,toilets and tubs that we furnish & install for your job. We offer drain cleaning service as well: ALL small drains 2" or less @ $128.50 for the first hour and then drops back down to $100.00 per hour. MAIN SEWER cleaning @ $138.50 for the first hour and then back down to $100.00 per hour.
