Right after he completed the job we had to call Green back several times due to grout coming out and tiles shifting in one of the two bathrooms he tiled. A couple of weeks ago we heard a load commotion in the bathroom and went in to find that the tiles above the tub had fallen into the tub. Tried calling Heath Green and left call back messages on nurmerous occassions. He NEVER returned our calls. We finally called another tile person who checked out our problem and found that it appeared Green did not use enought thin set and possibly let it dry too long before putting up the tiles.Evidently the only thing holding most of the tiles up was the grout...We had to take out ALL of the tiles down and retile the entire area.
