+ -1 moreI need a call or email response and a check cut for reimbursement. I do not want to have to go through small claims court to be reimbursed.
Description of Work: We accidentally paid the wrong landscaper with an identical name in our system. Greentech, Inc cashed the checks although there was no invoice to be matched with the payment. I have been trying to get them to contact me via email and calls over the past 3 days with NO response as they have an answering service that answers all phone calls 24/7. I have left multiple messages to the point the answering service knows who I am and does not need to take my info down.
