He was very punctual, professional and friendly. I'll certainly use him again in the future.

The only downside with this vendor is that he did / does not accept credit / debit cards as a means of payment, only cash or checks. I was caught off guard as I haven't written a check in ages, if he is able to change that portion of his business I truly believe he'd be top notch!

Called Danny last Friday afternoon when the old attic fan began making grinding noises. He answered immediately and listened to my problem. His opinion was that it was time to replace the fan. He said he could fit me in Tuesday morning at 8:30. Danny called very early on Tuesday morning and said he could at be here at 8 which he was. He checked out the existing fan and said it was bad, old and inefficient. Also told me it had not been installed correctly which could have caused a big problem. He removed the old fan and installed the new more efficient one which he had brought with him. Danny also made sure the wood support for the fan was stable and the outlet was ok. Whole job took 1 hour and 25 minutes. The price included the price of the new fan and materials.

I bought the lights and he came and installed them .

Dan is great!. We used him three times since we moved here 5 years ago and every time we have been satisfied. Honest and trustworthy and price to match.

Mr. Verhine arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He quickly diagnosed the reason the circuit breaker kept tripping (the problem was not the breaker, but rain getting into an outside electrical outlet). He showed me how the outlet fixture was corroded inside, replaced the outlet and weatherproof cover, and checked the other outside outlet to ensure it did not have similar problems. He applied caulking to both to ensure they were rainproof. I needed to replace an outside photoelectric sensor, and since he was already here, I had him do that for me. He had a better sensor than the one originally installed. Throughout his visit, he was very friendly, and shared knowledge about his work and answered any questions I had. While his fees seemed average for his services, the quality of his work
seemed higher than average.

They are very personable and willing to work around your schedule. Worked very well with the other subcontractors. Can't fault them on anything but the price.

He got there within half an hour of my phone call. He was very helpful explaining what he was doing, so I knew what to look for next time I have a situation like that.

They are prompt, cost effective, solved my problem in a cost effective way.

Here's what happened: 1) I called him to make an appointment, which he canceled the night before. He reset the appointment for the following day - which he also canceled. 2) I called another electrician since I really needed to exchange the bad fixture. This electrician found that the light was fine and the ceiling wiring was bad. The light is now fixed (by someone else) and I have a $350.00 light fixture that I now have to ship back (at my expense) to Bellacor. The long and short is - Danny may be a good electrician (he's told me he is multiple times), but he's hard to work with. He calls multiple times before he even shows up, He's not reliable, and frankly, he's just hard to be around - even for the short time he's on site. Oh, and he billed me for the service call where he did nothing but give me the wrong diagnosis.

This company had done excellent work, and we will be having them back again and again. They were on time and friendly. The price was reasonable, and they made sure to answer all of our questions. We would also recommend this company to our friends and family.

We were quite pleased with this company. We have since used them again and were equally as pleased as when we used them before. They care about showing up on time and cleaning up after themselves. It is nice to have a company doing work at your home that is responsible and reliable. They did multiple jobs for us at one time so I can not accurately remember how much we were charged. It was a hectic time in our lives. I will say that they charge very reasonable rates for the services they provide.

I bought the doorbell myself and Germantown Electric installed it. The man did a very good job on it, as well as the breaker box. I would strongly recommend their services because I was pleased with the way the job was done.
