Car Washes
This is the only full service car wash in Germantown. I have 2 little dogs that I take back and forth to the park; they didn't even get the dog nose prints off of the back passenger windows. The staff needs to be friendlier, too. It seems like they don't have any competition, so they have gotten lazy with their standards.

They do not do a very good job. It's the only full service car wash around so I continue to use them.

Car Washes
Multiple car washes have been completely unsatisfactory. There is still dirt on the floor mats after vacuuming. There are still bugs on the windshield when specifically asked to be removed. They clean the windows and windshields with dirty towels.

We have used them before several times. We really don't go there to get the car detailed anymore because they don't do a very good job. They leave a lot of the black brake dust on the wheels. They don't take a lot of time to get into the nooks and crannies to get it cleaned out. The price can be as high as 45 or 50 bucks for detail as opposed to just the normal wash. They are courteous and the service is friendly. The folks that do the wipe down out in the lot after it is washed and that do any of the additional detailing don't seem to take the time to follow through at the level that I would at home if I was doing it. So we stopped going there. If we pointed out the problem, they would be responsive and take care of it. If we didn't see it or point it out and get home, they wouldn't have done one part of the underside of the car or something. You have to wait a little while, but it's not bad.

Excellent results. Was able to make appointment for drop-off. Was not told how long it would take and had to call to learn if it was done. But overall, a very good experience because the results were great.

They do excellent work very quickly once you get your car in! Only complaints are they are a little expensive and sometimes there is a wait.
