I arrived at 1 for my 1:00 appt. At 1:20, I asked the receptionist about my appt. time - she said, and quot;hasn't she said anything to you? My ansswer was and quot;noand quot;, however, later I realized I did see Jill walk by me a few times. When Jill did come to get me after my inquiry, she seemed very cold, with a half-hearted apology for my wait. Her attitude was really not good -- over the years, I've been to many different salons, and have never been treated so 'indifferent'. As she offered me her chair, she said, and quot;do you want me to do your hair?and quot; I told her and quot;no, I don't think soand quot; and left. She said and quot;Okay.and quot;
Not a good experience.

Awesome experience - so thankful to find them and Lindsey. Excellent customer service -They have a full menu of services and I felt very reasonable which is so nice. Everything about the location, services, atmosphere was great. I'm a new client that hopes to be around for a very long time. So happy to have found somewhere I can trust and go on a regular basis.

Overall, I would go back to Jill at Fringe Hair Co, Inc. She can cut for a shorter hair style and is very pleasant. Salon was nice and clean, good environment.

I arrived about 5-10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I knew nothing of Fringe Hair Co., except what I had seen via google and on their site. But it is a nice salon in a nice location, so I went in with a positive and open mind. I was not disappointed! I had called the previous day and was able to get an appointment and the receptionist was polite and friendly.

My stylist (Jill) was on time, even though I was a little early I did not have to wait long. The establishment is clean, well lighted and nicely decorated. It has the feeling of a nicer salon without being pretentious.

Jill was a wonderful stylist. She listened to what I wanted (basically something shorter and easy to take care of without being too short) and she did a fantastic job. I was very open minded and basically let her do what she thought would look best and she picked out a style that is totally different from anything I've ever worn but it is so flattering. I absolutely love it!

My stylist was very friendly and nice to talk too while she worked. While having my hair done I could tell that the other stylists there also seemed to be very friendly and engaging with their clients. It was a very positive atmosphere.

The prices there vary by the experience of the stylist, but I feel they are more then fair. They are simply what I would expect to pay and feel that a good stylist deserves to be properly compensated.

One note, if you are planing to visit this salon, it is on the second story of the shopping center. I have lived in this town for years and never had noticed it before probably because of this. You have to go inside the shopping center where the office spaces are and then take the elevator or stairs to the second story and then the entrance is back outside in the front of the building. It's not hard to find but it could be confusing to find if you aren't thinking about the second story.
