+ -1 moreIf I ever need a roof fixed, patched or repaired, this is the only person in the world that I would call on. I love this guy's work dearly and he is very, very cheap. I never have a single problem getting him to come out or anything. He is always on top of things and always making sure to get his work done correctly the first time.
Description of Work: Frank Ward installed a roof onto one of the fairly average sized three bedroom condos I own.
