Degan Plumbing

I woke up Sunday morning to see the street flooded from my water main. I just had a plumber “repair” it 2 days ago and it burst again! I called Mr. Degan on Sunday to leave a VM. He called me back within 10 min and said that he was at church and would come to me in 1 hr. He did come and fixed the leak the same day. I had water again in 5 hrs! Mr. Degan was a God-sent to me! I called several other plumbers before I reached Mr. Degan and they all were either too busy or gave me a crazy estimate of $1,700 (from Conway Services)! Mr. Degan fixed my water main for $375! Mr. Degan is a deeply religious man and he treats his customers like God would want him to do so. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find such an honest plumber. Did I say that Mr. Degan was God-sent to me?!

It went very well, there was a small drip , but he came right back and took care of it. I would hire again.

Punctual and professional. He had to go out and buy parts and gave me receipt and no up charge. It was a 10 minute job that took 1.5 hours due to unforeseen issues but still charged like there were none.

He gave us excellent advice over the phone and helped us figure out how to correct the problem. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We would definitely call again if in need of a plumber.

Had made numerous calls seeking plumbers to service sudden leak with outdoor faucet. Most calls were unanswered, so you can imagine the relief when I received positive response from Degan Plumbing! Very pleased with service --able to replace--and take care of problem---new outdoor faucet--and all on a Saturday!! Prompt service, reasonable rates----what more could I ask for? Highly recommend!!!

Outstanding, I couldn't get other plumbers to come and I got hold of Degan and they came out right away after 5 pm. Degan Plumbing work was so good that I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Instead of buying a new water heater, Degan plumbing took the time to look for the parts that was broken on my existing water heater, and fixed the water heater rather replacing the whole thing with a new one. He was great and he just did a good job. He communicates well and easy top work with. Its not cheap, but its not much expensive compared to other plumbers, price is almost the same, but you get your money's worth with Degan Plumbing.

I checked with 2 other providers that wanted more money to install the disposal than what I paid for it. There was no service fee, just the $85 to install it. He told us a lot of things that the other service providers didn't tell us, such as money saving tips and stuff like that. 

When I called Deagan Plumbing, she said he was on another job close to here and he could be here in 20 minutes and he showed up about 20 minutes later.
