Real Estate Service
Crye Leike agent Brian Raycher and his inspector performed a routine inspection before our house sale was finalized. Brian's inspector was late, not the worst issue at all. Brian and the inspector did not leave the house the way they found it. They had the garage door wide open during inspection. Our garage backs up to an alley and we have many valuables in it. They turned the heat way up and did not put it back and left several of the fans on, the cabinet to the liquor was open, blinds wide open, the electric service panel was left open, and the throw pillows on our couch were not re-arranged. The worst part was when I came home, Brian's client had his feet on my table with his shoes on while lounging on the couch. Brian get's an absolute F for professionalism.
