Dr. Throckmorton performed the delicate reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder, a technique made necessary because my rotator cuff pretty much disintegrated from more than 50 years of tennis. He performed the procedure flawlessly, and I Have had very little pain since the operation on Oct. 18. I now face weeks of physical therapy to adapt my arm and body to my new, improved shoulder, and I expect to be back on the tennis and pickleball courts before Spring officially arrives next year.

My services were covered under workers comp, I do not know the cost.  I broke my ankle in at least 2 places and it was not good. My surgeon at Campbell took 3.5  hours to put it back together with plates and screws.  After 6 weeks of bed rest, therapy started.
After 6 weeks of therapy I was walking no crutches no braces.  The whole experience was as good as it gets.  The staff was great, learning to walk again was harder then a I thought.  My therapists were wonderful. Now 7 months after surgery, 2 plates and 11 screws I am bicycling.  I hope not to need them again, but strongly recommend them to anyone.

A lady at the beauty shoe had her knee replaced by him and she told me how good he was and so that is how I found him.  I really like him.  I like his nurses.  Dr. Harkess is very personable and takes his time with you.  One of the good things about the surgery was he put things on both my legs and I have not had any pain.  My sister who had her knees replaced by another doctor had a lot of pain for over a week.

They have a huge facility and and take care of every aspect. If I have a foot problem, shoulder or knees. I think that they make themselves as available as possible. They have a nice waiting room and they have friendly receptions and they are very professional.

I went to Campbell after re-tearing my ACL. Most doctors I have seen recommended an intensive repair surgery. At Campbell Dr. Throckmorton examined my arm and decided to take a "slow" approach to determine if I needed to actually have surgery. After three months in PT, my arm healed enough, and surgery was avoided. NOTE: What Dr. Throckmorton did was recommend PT first before proceeding with an invasive surgery, and it worked. I highly recommend him.

He is sort of like everybody else we go to. He explains everything to us, he seems to be fairly thorough, and he has good bedside manner. We would recommend him. He does surgeries. If you have a real knee injury, you go to him but that is if it's a surgery-type thing. He has an assistant and they talk well together and they communicate with us, they send us emails, and they give us pictures. They have done very well with us. Their availability is fine. We've always had a long period of time between visits so they can make those well. The office environment is fine. I don't think we wait too terribly long there. Their punctuality is good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. His bedside manner is very good and his communication is excellent. When you get older, your bones don't heal as quickly but he is effective. He doesn't feel nearly the pain he had in that knee, he needs another knee operation, and he will go back to him. They seem to be doing well with their billing. We are going to use him again. My husband needs the other knee replaced so we are waiting for another set of events to clear out and he's going to have that replaced probably next year with the same provider. He will go to him again.

When I arrived and taken back to the exam room, another Doctor came in first to ask questions, take some history and see if I could lift or hold my arm up.  After a while x-rays were taken, which was a challenge since I could not lift my arm.  Then Dr. Heck came in and I gave him background information and the name of another leading orthopedic clinic that I had gone to in the past.  I explained what they told me the issue was.  He then explained to me that it wasn't my issue and what was really wrong.  He explained that he wanted to go a conservative route.  I followed his direction and within days I was feeling much better.  Upon my follow-up visit, he explained what I needed to do to improve for the long term, which was to build muscle.  I took that advice, as well and now have a personal trainer.  This has resulted in my not only able to lift my arm very well, but I can lift more weight than I have EVER been able to do.  My arms have always been very weak.  On a side note, a by-product has been that I have lost 10 pounds, 12 inches and can now do push ups!

The doctor that did the surgery was awesome. They are the best orthopedics in town. They are very professional. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about rehab and orthopedic surgery. They will walk us through the entire process.

Two surgeries were required to basically save my left foot/ankle and preserve a functional range of movement with the aid of metal support inserts. My left hip required surgery and the insertion of metal parts to strengthen it as did my right arm. My left arm was fractured, but required no surgery. My right leg was not broken, but required a cast because of ligament/tendon damage. My right lung was punctured by a broken rib requiring surgery there. Numerous other less severe injuries existed not requiring surgery. I spent much of the following year concentrating mostly on rehab. Today, 4 years later, I believe the only visible indication of my injuries is a few scars and a slight limp at times. Dr. Perez's skill as a surgeon, I believe, sets a high bar within the orthopedic profession. I also appreciate the fact that he is very thorough and patient regarding questions about treatment. Additionally, he and his staff are very pleasant to deal with.

The injections went well. Dr. Crenshaw is an excellent Orthopedic Surgeon. He has performed several surguries on me, from straightening a trigger finger on my left hand to removing torn cartlidge in both knees. The results were always outstanding.

I had gone to several other specialists about a burning around my ankle.  I didnt like what any of them had suggested.  I went to see Dr. Pickering and on that first visit he told me exactly what was wrong and he put me on a med free regimen that worked and fixed the problem.

Almost 7 months ago I was in a major accident and everything in my right leg was broken, among other complications. Once the casts came off, I started doing physical therapy at Campbell clinic's Union Ave PT center. They were great! I was seen there twice weekly for 3 months! Front desk staff was great, and I loved my physical therapists and techs. Everyone was so friendly. It made a difficult time actually enjoyable. I was sad when I finally graduated and was turned over to maintaining function myself at my gym. I felt great everytime I left there as well - the nerve stimulation and ice therapy left my leg feeling younger every time. If I ever needed physical therapy again - I would return here!

The surgery was successful. It eliminated about 70% of the pain. The remaining pain and soreness has decreased since then, but some of it is caused by arthritis which will remain.

I saw him a year prior because I had a serious back issue after my daughter was born. I waited a year trying drugs and therapy to see if that helped. Finally he suggested I go to the epidural and it has been the best thing ever. I am able to take care of my daughter and manage my life. I've also used a trainer to help me build up my strength since then. It was perfect and I would recommend him highly. They are very fast moving. If they could slow down a little bit, that would be great. When I'm in there, it is a very quick appointment. He is awesome and his nurse, Denise, is awesome. She's great.
