We just bought a home in Collierville, TN (relocation from Kentucky) that has an in-ground pool. It's a nice sized pool. It's a lagoon/curve shaped pooled so hard to tell exact size, but I'd say it's approximate size is 8' x 36' and goes from 3' to 7' deep. Anyway, the yard also has a lot of landscaping and large trees, so since it was getting late into the fall, the leaves were constantly getting in the pool, so it needed to be covered and prepped for winter. Since we had just moved in, I didn't have the time to deal with it, so my realtor referred my to Fred Steward, Owner of Bluff City Pools. He came out the day I called him, gave me an estimate to get it cleaned up, water stable, and then cover and winterize the pool. Over the course of 2 weeks, he came out 3 times I think, cleaned it, checked water chemical balance, and then on 3rd time vacuumed the entire pool, covered it, and then winterized the pump/filter, etc. Fred and his guys did a great job. I will use them again in the spring to open it up and provide me with a little training so I can take care of it properly.

Bluff City Pool and Spa are very dependable and professional. They are very courteous and do a very good job on my pool. They always let me know what they have found. I do have some cleanup when they leave. Their prices are a bit on the high side, but I like the fact that they keep my pool so clean for me it is worth the extra cost.
