They give great customer service in the store and over the phone. They have a company for tech support that you can call for them and they were really good over the phone, as well.

Dropped off laptop with a 5-7 day window for repair, got a call 3 days later it was ready. Rep advised my battery will eventually need replacing as it was only running at 80%. I was quoted a price & offered to have it replaced now or later, no pressure. I was pleased with Apple Store.

The sales rep was very helpful and informative as well as not too pushy. He helped us decide what features we desired on our Macbook and then gave us a helpful explanation of how to get extra information should we need it. We left the store very happy customers!

I made an appointment on the internet for the next day. Upon arriving, I waited a few short minutes for the Mac Genius to see me. My name was displayed on a screen showing that I was the next customer to be served. I explained what was wrong with my iPhone. The Mac Genius asked me a few questions. He then explained to me a process of restoring my iPhone that I would need to do at home. It could have been frustrating to have gone to see him and for him to recommend me doing something on my own, but he was very kind and explained why it should work. He told me if my iPhone was still having problems to call him at the store. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

It went fine. I already knew what I wanted, so they just had to fulfill the order.

I wanted it before it was available at the store. They put me on a waiting list, which was fine. When they called me I only had a limited amount of time to pick it up, which is good because I wouldn't want other people holding up the list.

I had some problem with my new computer. The power on plug would not respond. Since it was under warranty, the company itself helped to solve our problem without any extra charges. They were also very helpful in responding to my other questions and so quick in their work. They did a great job.
