I have expensive furniture, which was the biggest issue. They nicked and scratched some of my furniture, including my bed and other pieces. They tried to cover up the damage. When I noticed that there was damage I called the company and he told me to send pictures of the damage to them. After I sent the pictures, he would not do anything and just kept giving me the run around. I also noticed that my washing machine was not working the same way it was before the move. I brought this up to them and they told me that they cannot guarantee appliances because they would not be able to determine how well it was working before the move. All in all it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
