Hardware & Home Improvement Stores
Purchased a husqvarna chain saw to use that day. It failed to start, so I took it back for exchange. First they tried to start and could not start it. They then refused to exchange and said needed to take to a co-op to be rebuilt and repaired. I left chain saw at store and refused to accept taking to be rebuilt. If I had wanted a rebuilt saw, I would have purchased one. I also, had several keys made, none of them work. Amazing, I am without keys and chain saw and no refund or replacement. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra distance and go to "box" store. I will never use or recommend this ACE Hardware. (Previously I had been a huge ACE fan, knowledge and good folks.....now I will travel an extra hour to avoid). Interesting ACE corporate did not respond nor did husqvarna.
