Absolutely unacceptable experience. Everything started off fine during our window installation, but it quickly spiraled into a situation I never imagined I’d have to deal with in my own home. We simply asked the crew to wear shoe covers indoors, since we have light carpet and a crawling baby. While they reluctantly agreed, they made passive-aggressive comments about it “slowing them down.” But on the final day, they flat-out refused to keep them on. They repeatedly walked through our white carpets with dirty shoes—even after multiple polite reminders. When my husband asked again, one of the workers began arguing, refused to cooperate, and then FLIPPED HIM OFF and cursed at us inside our home. Let me be clear: we asked for basic respect and cleanliness in our space, and were met with outright hostility and vulgarity. When we told the company we no longer wanted this man in our home, he refused to leave and continued walking in and out without permission. The company owner not only defended his worker, but actually had the nerve to ask what we did to provoke him. I never thought I’d feel unsafe or disrespected by a contracted crew in my own house. But this experience was shocking, unprofessional, and left us scrambling to protect our space—we literally had to lock our door to get them to stop coming in. Don’t bother with this company unless you’re comfortable with workers disrespecting your family, cursing at you, ignoring house rules, and being backed up by management when they do.

I don't have a single complaint from working with Tru Vista. They were on time, did fantastic work, stuck to the price they gave me, and just overall professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
