James came out to the property promptly after my first email request and provided me an estimate within a few days. Once permitting was complete (which he helped with )the construction of the dock began. Once the building of the dock was completed it was floated down the lake to my house for installation. The dock was installed in one day as promised. James was the consummate professional from the initial inquiry through the project completion. He made sure that I was pleased with the finished product. Quality of the workmanship was excellent and I am very proud of the dock. James answered all of my questions and made sure that all of my needs were met. Another local company never even returned my initial email request.
