Tom was quick to return my call. Came out within an hour. Diagnosed our problem. Offered to repair but due to the issues with Samsung we decided to replace instead. We only had to pay for service call. I would totally use Tom again. We also sent him to our son's home who was having issues with someone coming to repair his Samsung refrigerator. Tom offered to go over to his house right after leaving ours (already after 5pm) and was able to help him as well. Courteous, efficient, prompt, reasonable pricing and someone who I would not hesitate to call again or refer to other people.

He came out within a couple hours and had my washing machine up and working very quickly. I will use his company again if I need an appliciance repaired
