TeamOne Home Inspection

Very well. Tom was very thorough, professional, and prompt. He shared a verbal summary on site and sent us the complete written report with photos and explanations later that day.

We have used TeamOne Home Inspection four times this year and severbal additional times in past years. They always do a great job inspecting and explaining what they find. They have saved us so much money this year by finding important issues in the homes we were purchasing. I also appreciate how they explain what issues are concerning and what issues are minor. Great company. Highly recommended.

It went great!  The team is organized and communicates the process extremely well.  All of the setup, signing, billing, reporting is extremely clear and efficient.  We also think that the observations Tom made were valuable to our assessment of the home.  This was money well spent.

He was very thorough, giving me a 25 page report, complete with pictures, of the problems he found in the home.  I was blown away by his thoroughness.  I mean, you expect that but in this day and age, customer service is not always great.  If you want to have your home inspected with absolute thoroughness, then you need to ask Thomas Smith and TeamOne Home Inspection to check out a potential home or your current home.  You will thank yourself.

Tom Smith was on site on time and wasted no time getting to work on the inspection. He was polite, professional and answered all of our questions. His inspection was thorough. His report was easy to read and understand and the most important items were clearly color coded in red. He did not waste time documenting items of a purely cosmetic nature, like some other inspectors we've encountered do, as those are not items covered by the Realty Sales/Purchase Agreement. Extremely pleased and would choose to contact Tom Smith/Team One again!

As a first time homebuyer who is purchasing an older home, I was very anxious about the inspection. Tom was incredibly professional, detailed and gracious. He allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed, and he never made me feel silly for asking. He explained what he was finding as he came across it, and was happy to discuss the difference between major and minor issues, as well as an approximation of what the fix would cost. He documented every issue with a photograph and provided an incredibly detailed inspection report that will be invaluable to me as a homeowner in terms of issues to look out for. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and kindness.
