Harlos was the project manager assigned to our case.  He had his crew in the same day we talked. They were all helpful. In addition to getting the floor dry, they took anything that might have been damaged by the water.  They let me identify many other items (old lumber etc.) that simply needed to be thrown out.  I felt we got both the anti-mold treatment plus a general basement cleanout from them. They left behind 2 huge dehumidifiers which ran for a week or 10 days to make sure everything was dry.

This service was covered by our insurance, so there was no cost to us. We selected ServePro based on being on our insurance carrier's approved list and recommendations from Angie's List. We had smoke damage from a small kitchen fire. Their adjuster was at our house within 1 hour of our calling them. They immediately provided an odor control device (no cost), even before the insurance adjuster was out to authorize service. The next day, two extremely professional, prompt, thorough and courteous cleaning professionals came and spent five days removing all the soot and smell in the house, including wiping down every hard surface, steam cleaning all upholstery, drapes and carpets, and pressure washing all blinds. The work was a blessing and except for the actual fire damage in the kitchen (repaired by others), we could not tell there had been any fire in the house.

The quote was excellent. Their work was professional, they showed up on time to do the work, and were clean and neat. I would definitely use them again.

They were on time and very clean with booties on. They were very professional and wanted to clean up more than I wanted them to. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

They were very good. They cleaned insulation out of the ducts that we didn't know was there. They were a bit pricey. The recommended a humidifier. They put in a new vent for the drier. They were very nice. I am very satisfied.

THE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY GAVE US HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH OUR REPAIR OF THE DAMAGE. THEY WERE THERE TO HELP US RIGHT AWAY AND THE CLEAN UP WAS THOROUGH.
