Master's Touch has cleaned my carpets several times over the years. They always do a great job, are professional and timely.

Very professional service, carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction... we got bids from several companies to clean 6 rooms and a long hallway... we started with those who offered and quot;lowand quot; prices for three rooms but when we got the bids, it was amazing how the prices came back much higher... Master's touch spent the time to go over their bid with us and in the end, they were only a few dollars different. We really liked their service and will definitely use them again.

He was very professional. Got out stains other carpet cleaning companies hadn't been able to do. Went the extra mile to staple down some loose carpet and gave us a bottle of spot cleaner....all at no extra cost. Surpassed my expections.

"Just to clarify - we do use a water system. It is a truck-mounted unit so it is quite powerful. It leaves the carpet damp and it usually dries in 4 - 6 hours."

VERY COURTEOUS. RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. AREA CLEANED WAS BEAUTIFUL! MISSED A SMALL SPOT, BUT WHEN WE CALLED, HE CAME BACK IMMEDIATELY AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ALSO CLEAN DUCTWORK, HARDWOOD AND UPHOLSTERY.
