Ordered a replacement lower sash window.

Lowe's window/outside sales department was terrible to deal with.  They cut my blinds the wrong size twice and also sent the wrong color for one of the 10 windows I purchased blinds for.  I would NEVER use them again, just to save a little money on blinds.  The hassles, headaches, non-returned calls, hours spent on hold waiting for someone to direct or answer my call..... just too many frustrations to list here.  The only positive part of the process was the installer, who is not a direct Lowe's employee, but contracts with them.  He was very professional and made every effort to fix the debacle that Lowe's created.

We did not have the best experience with Lowes. They had lost the windows that we had purchased and had to wait until they found them in order to be installed. Then they did not show when they said they would. Finally, they came and did and ok job.

The serviceman from Lowe's was very nice & courteous. He did a great job getting my dryer to work. I would hire them again & recommend them.

The quality of the product and installation was good. They went above and beyond, including wrapping the trim in aluminum to avoid damage. The salesman kept me posted on the progress of the work. I like Lowes because you know they will always be there.

They were not very business like. They were supposed to put in a water pan and a shut off valve. I called three times to get the shut off valve put in. They never put in the water pan. He came out the third time to put in the shut off valve.
