The main reason I said I would not use this company again is because I have since satisfied all my insurance needs, so I don't expect to need any insurance agency again. A small reason for not using them again (and the reason I went with someone else) is that the "proposal" Mr. Liles says he "put together" for me was nothing more than a VERY LONG list of quotes for various plans from various companies. Along with the "estimated" monthly premium, each quote provides the plan type and the applicable amounts of the deductible, coinsurance and copay. Each quote has a link to view the plan details. The details provided are neither clear nor comprehensive; they include additional links to find out more details which require you to download documents that still don't explain everything. The process of all this clicking and downloading is extremely cumbersome, and it requires you to write down the incomplete information that is provided, in order to have it all together in one place. It's a big pain. Most significantly, this "proposal" was exactly the same list I had already generated myself as a result of my own internet search! It was as unhelpful when Mr. Liles sent it as it was when I first encountered it online. I was very disappointed that what was purported to have been "put together" for me was nothing more than an extremely large and generic collection of quotes presented in a decidedly user-unfriendly format.
Description of Work: I was researching health insurance policies online and I received an e-mail from Jeffrey Liles asking about my interest in health insurance. (I think companies contact agents and brokers with contact information when you run such searches, because I've received similar unsolicited e-mails and phone calls after conducting such searches in the past.) The e-mail was very polite and sounded as if he knew what he was doing. I replied to let him know that I had received the e-mail, but was about to go out of town for a while and I would contact him when I returned. He sent a couple of other follow-up e-mails with quotes. In the end, I worked with someone else to get my insurance.
