I had Kelly's Carpet Cleaning out again to clean my carpet again. After cleaning my carpets within a day my carpets started to smell really bad. I reached out to Kelly's Carpet Cleaning to let them know of the problem. Kelly's Carpet Cleaning reply - what do you want us to do. My reply - to come out again and re-clean. Kelly's Carpet Cleaning - Suppose to be going out of town but I will get back to you I texted again the next day letting Kelly's Carpet Cleaning know the smell was getting worst with no reply from them. I have family coming to stay with us for the holidays. There is no way I can have a smelling house. I had to hire another Company and pay the same amount I already paid Kelly's Carpet Cleaning. There is no longer the smell after the new Company cleaned my carpets. It's a shame to be treated like this after you pay for a service and have been a loyal customer.

4 bedrooms, a loft, a big bonus room, hall way and 16 stair steps cleaned and groomed. It was spotless. I am happy with their work. I will use them again in the future. Melanie was very friendly and good communication when making appointment. We only have a 4 hours window to have it clean before the next tenant moving in next day. I am so glad that they worked with me on the limited time window.
