JONES RANDY CONSTRUCTION

We moved into our home in early 2006. We were very pleased during the construction process and the final product. However, by the fall of 2006 we became aware, because a neighbor alerted us to possible problem, of water intrusion under our new home. Since that time more than 10 other families on our street have discovered water under their homes. Mold, warped floors are just a few problems. Our builder refuses to acknowledge the seriousness of the problems and continues to put "band-aids"on versus actual repairs. We have asked repeatedly for "French drains" around our homes, they do everything but what has been advised by structural engineers, etc. Because we asked to be notified when they plan to be on our property, to be onsite when workers are at our home, they no longer even attempt to correct our water intrusion problem.

The sales department did not communicate well at first, but it was worked through. It was hard to talk with Jones Randy which is normal for general contractors. We are very satisfied with the completed home.
