Jeanette Nelson/Parks Properties

Jeanette Nelson and Parks Properties are very unprofessional. Their client failed to make the necessary repairs on the house we intended to purchase, and we did not want to close on the home until the repairs were made. In the end, the repairs were not made and we didn't close on the home, but Jeanette Nelson/Parks Properties, and the sellers kept part of our earnest money. It would of cost us more money and taken up to a year to hire an attorney to get all of our earnest money back. We also lost the money we put into the house for an inspection, appraisal, termite letter, etc.  We lost $1900.00 because we dealt with Ms. Nelson and Parks Properties. They should of urged their client to make the needed repairs to the home or return all of our earnest money.
