+ -1 moreHorribly, the builder refuses to pay for the repairs to my home - this wouldn't never of happened if the home was built properly.
Description of Work: Removal of mice and entrance points fixed. I purchased my home in Oct 16, I have mice. I contacted the association and they wouldn't send anyone out to fix the problem. So I contacted the builder, and they are saying that since I didn't get prior approval, I will have to pay for it. I didn't have time, the mice had immediately started destroying wire, etc in the home. There were over 50 openings that they were entering through.
