I called Corlew after someone else came out and couldn’t fix it. John at Corlew was very thorough and professional. He was able to replace the ice maker at a reasonable price. I will call again.

On their part fine its Samsung i had a problem with. Corlew repair men were very professional and knowledgeable. they called before they came and cleaned up before they left. Wish I could praise Samsumg but I can't. Had a problem sending wrong parts twice. Would call Corlew again.

Ordered the part but got it working in the mean time. Came back the next day with the part.

They did a good job.  The guys that came were very nice and personable. The only thing I did not like was that they charged $10 to come to my home to do this service due to living out of their service area.

They performed a service call - gave us an estimate on the cost to fix. Was going to be $500 or more depending on what he found. We decided it was time for a new fridge. Technician says we made the call he would have.

Can't really review other than they were honest in their assessment.

I called to schedule an appointment in the morning and they were able to send a tech that same day.



Tech was prompt, courteous and explained the problem. He also showed me the evidence to support his diagnosis.

We called primarily to have the washer repaired as it was not functioning at all. When he arrived it worked perfectly to our surprise. He gave us instructions as to how to diagnose the problems if it occurred again. He then repaired our dryer to our satisfaction. He was courteous and punctual.

Scheduling was easy. The guy showed up in the early part of the window promised. He figured out immediately that the movers had installed screws into the machine for moving. Was honest about the costs and let me decide whether to have him remove them or do it myself later.
Overall, a friendly and good experience.

I had difficulity in getting a repair company to respond in a timely manner until I called Corlew .He was here the following day and checked out the problem. He gave us a written estimate and the date when he could return with the necessary part ,to which we agreed .
He was right on time on the promised date and did a quick job of installing the part and checking out the operation of the umit .
I would call Corlew over any other appliance repair sevice when I need any other work on my appliiances.

We were having some issues with both our washer and dryer (10 yrs. old). We contacted Corlew Appliance and set an appointment to trouble shoot and repair both washer and dryer.
John the technician phoned ahead to let us know he was in route. When John arrived he explained the trip charge, and also expalined that if he did not have any needed parts, he would pick those up and return.
John was able to make repairs to the dryer, as he had stocked parts on his service truck, and returned 2 days later to make the repairs on the washer.
John provided a detailed estimate for each appliance while on site and prior to making any repairs.
i would definitely recommend Corlew Appliance and Jonh for repairs.

Everything was great. I trust that they would give me the same price on a part that anyone would have.

Knowledgeable, friendly, fast service. Very happy with this company. Will call them again next time I need an appliance repaired.

It went well. Only complaint is technician left to go get part and didn't communicate that was leaving so didn't know when or even if was coming back. But was very friendly and informative.

Overall, they were prompt and efficient. I called on a Tuesday and asked to be scheduled for Thursday to work around my schedule, which they accomodated. The following Monday was a holiday, but on Tuesday, they called to say they had the part and could be there that day if it was convenient for me.

The technician was knowledgable and professional and I would use them again. And even though I thought the price was high for the labor, by the time he had pulled the dryer out, disassembled it and put it back together, I no longer questioned the intricacy of the repair.

I had a good experience working with Corlew. I called during the evening and they were out the next morning. My only complaint I have, was being charged a service fee for coming to my home even though the company is in the same town.

I have used Corlew for many years. I find them to be trustworthy and respectful. The workers get the job done in a professional manner and quickly.

Corlew Appliance was recommended to me by my home owners association. They were over very quickly, almost right after they were called. He did what he had to do and did a good job. He explained and showed me what was wrong and fixed it.
