Cabinet Express

complete new kitchen

I will never use cabinet express again or recommend them to anyone I know or will meet in my life. I ordered the cabinets back in August and they were installed this Tuesday (October 6th) outisde the fact they changed the window for my counters to be installed withlut telling me and causing me to have to leave early, they also wouldn't uninstall the old counters the only work they actually did was set the new counters in place. Which was done in the sloppiness and slanted manner I've ever seen. They also did not reinstall any old appliances and left parts of my sink scattered around my kitchen. The counter tops themselves are fine quality, but the installation process is the worst I've ever seen and will never recommend. Now I have terrible uneven and slanted counters. So don't be like me and get swindled by this ridiculous company.

The whole project was scheduled around the cabinets being produced and installation availability as to minimize downtime with the bathroom. Cabinet Express did not show up for the scheduled install date. They were unresponsive to when they were going to try to reschedule. Once we finally got them installed, they informed us that the hardware Pulls and glides for pull out drawers were not in and they couldn't finish the installation. Then Cabinet Express measured for the countertop. We were originally told it would be about 5 days for countertop installation from that point. We were then told that the sales consultant messed up and showed us the wrong sinks to pick and we needed to choose a different sink and it was special order and would be around two weeks to install. Over two weeks later the counter top gets installed but Cabinet Express cannot well us where the hardware for the cabinets are and they did not respond when they were going to finish installation, as there is a countertop cabinet still left to be installed. Everyone that we dealt with at Cabinet express has been unresponsive and does not seem to care that we cannot use a bathroom until they finish their job that was already paid for, nearly 4 weeks behind schedule.

Overall process was very smooth. Everything went according to plan, communications were excellent, and new countertops were technically ready for installation ahead of schedule.

The work was wonderful. The sales staff was very nice with great suggestions. The experience was really really good and I got help all the way around. They did it in a timely fashion, it was quick and easy.
