Bluegrass Billiards & Woodworks

We recently moved and my movers had set up the billard table frame and slate. They were not experienced with doing a billards table install so I had Bluegrass Billards and Woodwork finish the job by leveling the table and getting the felt back on. I was glad to have professionals finish the install. They knew what needed to be done and did a fantastic job. During the install they corrected some things the movers had done when doing the initial setup. I would definitely call them again if I need to move the table or replace the felt.

Assembled a pool table with truly "white glove" professionalim

We were completely delighted with Michael's service. We bought a used table and he was able to move it and get it back into playing condition for us. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend his service. They were very highly professional, right on time, very friendly, and did a great job. What more could you ask? I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I need this table moved.

On time on a Sat. Awesome! They assembled an A.E. Schmidt that I purchased at an online auction. Michael communicated with me all week on scheduling, if they would be late due to traffic or anything. (Side note - maybe our large cable company should hire him for CS training!) I thought I would have time to do basic assembly - wrong and thankfully I didn't even attempt it. It took a little extra time (and Cost) but it was worth every penny! I had to run to hardware store to pick up bolts, then Michael had to take my extra end rail back to his shop to cut it down, shape it and drill it to use for the missing side rail. Yes, that added a little bit of cost, but otherwise I had a beautiful useless table. End result was amazing and well worth the education that they gave me on the table, and care, much less the excellent job they did. These guys are Pros in every sense of the word and a small family run business. My best advice - use these gentleman and don't bargain them down as they are worth every penny. Also - just being truthfully, I have never met either of them, nor do I know any of their friends or families, I found them on craigslist and I believe in giving a fair assessment both ways.

These guys are great! The owner, Michael, is very professional easy to work with. Getting a quote took no time and we were able to schedule the move for just a few days out. They showed up on time, got straight to work, and took great care in disassembling our table. Then they drove it from Murfreesboro to our new place in Thompson's Station where they then put it back together with even more care and attention to detail. Michael made sure i was satisfied with the positioning of the table in our bonus room and made sure it was an adequate distance away from walls, windows, etc. to allow for ease of play. I then played a game with his son to confirm the table was level. All in all, a great customer experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a table moved or repaired.

The guys were great. I purchased a table on Craigslist. The seller had been contacted by another Pool Table Mover and suggested I use them. I did, and what a headache! Bad setup, felt was a mess, used wrong materials, they upped the price in the middle of the move... Bluegrass came out, did an incredible job and fixed all of the mistakes. Very professional! I would highly recommend them! I'm just sorry I didn't use them in the first place!

They had a quick response to furnishing a quote and setting an appointment. Got there on time, had the right tools, got the job completed and left. I was charged the price i was quoted, no surprises. I will use them again. Highly recommended..

They were flexible and able to do the work for me within 3 days of my call. They showed up to the location that I had purchased the table on time, disassembled the table, showed me some slight damage (cracked slate) that they stated the could fill in with in with beeswax. They explained to me that the average casual player would not notice it. It took them about an hour to disassemble the table, 75 minutes to make the drive to my house and an hour or two to unload and reassemble the table. They were punctual, polite, courteous, and did a good job. Please note that being professionals they act like professionals, (noting and documenting damage prior to moving the table, having you sign a release stating you are satisfied, collecting sales tax, etc.) I would recommend them for anyone wanting as pool table moved.
