They show up on time. They do the job quickly. There are usually two people here doing the work. Scheduling an appointmnet was kind of complicated since they had other jobs to get to.

Insurance covered part of it. We didn't get off to a very good start. I wasn't used to the way they did business with insurance companies. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding but we got it straightened out and I am very pleased with the results of their work.

We had a great experience. They were on time to clean out the gutters. Behind our home, we have a ton of trees which cause our gutters to get clogged often. They suggested adding gutter guards and gave us a great price on the installation. We have been happy with the work and now we have free flowing, clean gutters.

It turned out great. They came and I had a price much bigger than they were bidding for and I almost had to twist their arm to have them charge me another $100 for the service. I was delighted, I mean it was great. They came and I had a good conversation with the guy and so it was good. He was saying while we agreed to the deal before seeing the house and he was willing to do that I said that's not fair so I gave him to bill me for another $100 which is fine. I was very happy and I would call them again to do that.

As advertised. The gutters were cleaned, no repairs were needed. They had originally said they would be here in the am and it was afternoon before I saw them, but I am a SAHM and wasn't going anywhere so it wasn't a big deal for me. They did try to upsell gutter covers, but were not pushy about it.

It was very good. They came out October 26. Basically, they came and got the gutter done, and be sure that the corners of the gutters were caught real good to the people to like it and they did that.

Called a few days earlier than scheduled, said they were in the neighborhood and wondered if they could come over. They did--ten minutes later! Ramon was courteous, informed me of the work they would perform, said he'd tell me ahead of time if they found any problems that might increase the price. He went straight to work w/his two helpers, went over the entire roof checking for leaks (happily, they found none), then power blew leaves and twigs from our second floor gutters. They were quick, complete, courteous. I'd use them again and will recommend them.

The work was completed about a week later than expected. The owner is very nice but he had to be on site to make sure his workers got the job done correctly. His workers had to be given a lot of direction on this project. They appeared to be experienced in roofing and siding but not general "remodeling". I had used this company for roofing my garage a year earlier and was happy with that job, so that's why I gave him my carport/upper house level project. Last year we had to re-attach some of the materials he used above the carport posts.

"The job is referring to was to install 3 steel columns, a structural beam and install vinyl siding to the underside of the addition/carport. The addition/carport was approximately 12 wide and 15 feet long. It rested about 8' over the driveway making it usable as a carport below and a room above. The existing addition/carport in question was built before building codes were enforced in the area and as a result did not meet code requirements. As a result, the addition was unstable and threatening to collapse at any time because of strong winds that come off of the lake during thunderstorms. We scheduled the job and were pushed back because of rain on two occasions. When we were able to start the job I wanted to be on the job site to personally oversee the project because of the massive liability that a collapse of the structure could be, potentially leading to the death or serious injury of my workers or the homeowner (remember, this structure was highly unstable). I supervised every aspect of the project from the beginning to end. I am confused that views my presence on the job as a negative. Concerning the piece of siding that blew off, I never received a phone call from making me aware of any problems with the siding or allowing me to address the issue. It is not uncommon for people who live on lake lots to sustain wind damage to their homes, especially with the strong storms we have had over the past few years. Ameriway Roofing & Exteriors is an A+ BBB Accredited Member and an A rated Angie's List provider. Because has a limited understanding of construction and was negligent in contacting Ameriway after wind damaged her addition/carport, review of Ameriway Roofing & Exteriors should be carefully weighed by future Angie's List customers. Due to all of the storms in the Middle TN area over the last year, I had alot damage to my roof as well as interior damage from leaks.
My insurance company decided to pay to have the roof replaced and the interior damage fixed.
I contacted 4 companies to get estimates. I had received Ameriways name from a friend, had gotten another companies name from Angies List, had gotten another company by them driving by and my 4th estimate was given by an individual that I had used to replace the roof on my out building earlier this year.
All of the companies seemed professional and were fair in their pricing, but Ameriway was the only one that described in detail what they will be doing and also explained all of the aspects of a roof. Every word that was said to me about the job was listed on the quote/estimate along with a 5 year warranty on the workmanship as well as a 24 hour leak response guarantee.
Alex Alvarez was the one who came out to give me my estimate. He was very knowlegable, professional and kept me informed about everything. When they came to do the work on the scheduled date, Alex stayed the entire time to supervise the job.
This was the first time I have ever had to deal replacing a roof (other than the small roof for my out building), and I am so very happy I chose Ameriway to work with. It was so very easy and stress free!
I give Ameriway 10 stars!!!!
