They did a really good job. I thought they were reasonably priced, and they solved the computer problems. They added some free software, to keep him from having the same problem again. The interaction with them was just fine. It took them much longer than I thought it would.

Computer had to be shipped out. It was more than a few weeks before I got the call that it was fixed. It wasn't a problem though. I didn't need it immediately and was glad that it had been repaired.

It went very well. I've been burned before, so I was a little gun shy when I went in, but I would recommend them to anyone with a computer problem who wants professional service with a down home, friendly touch!

Excellent. I'm really glad I did take my computer to American. They updated not only the anti-virus software, but also my CD burning software for no extra charge. They're very professional and friendly, not to mention the fair price. Highly recommended.

American Computer is a company of character and integrity. They do what they say they will do. I was able to pick up my computer when they said it would be done.
